The Henrichshütte Hattingen – an industrial monument of national significance – attracted visitors, yet the full emotional potential of the place remained untapped. How can history be made tangible without altering it?

MK Illumination developed a bespoke lighting concept with LUMAGICA: glowing silhouettes, color-changing projections, and illuminated pathways transform blast furnaces and industrial machinery into atmospheric light sculptures – complemented by immersive sound design.
