TASK
A world event needs a stage.
Malmö wanted to celebrate ESC 2024 with color and brilliance – avoiding short-lived decorations that end up in storage or become outdated after the event.

SOLUTION
Light that lasts.
MK Illumination developed reusable photo frames and illuminated large letters. School classes designed the frames from leftover materials in the ESC colors – creativity meets resource consciousness.

RESULT
A city coming together.
Recycled materials became a lived community. Children learned the value of reuse – and Malmö shone in colors that brought people together. Malmö's unicorn showcased the city impressively – beyond the event.
